WHAT IS IT?

An extraction is a surgical, dental procedure that is performed when a tooth is badly decayed or infected and no longer serves its function. If our dentists determine that your tooth can’t be saved, we will present you with an action plan to safely extract your tooth.

Extractions are routinely performed in our office; however, there may be times we may need to refer you to an oral surgeon for the best patient experience and outcome. Our dedicated staff will ensure that you are comfortable and relaxed for your dental procedure. WISDOM TEETH

The best time to have wisdom teeth removed is during a patient's late teenage years or early 20s. These immature wisdom teeth are smaller, so surgery is less complicated and potentially less painful. If your wisdom teeth have not started to erupt, we will use xray imaging to locate them and determine if it's time to have them removed.
